At New York Mediation Partners, we believe that to effectively assist parties in conflict, mediators must have a dedication to learn about and work with conflict full-time. Mediation and conflict management work is all we do and this dedication carries through to every case we mediate.
We have completed thousands of hours of mediation training and have equally extensive experience "at the table", mediating divorce and workplace disputes and providing conflict consulting services to businesses and organizations. Our principals also serve as mediation trainers, offering basic and advanced mediation trainings to professionals as well as workshops for non-mediators that focus on day-to-day conflict management skills.
