At New York Mediation Partners, we understand that conflict is an unavoidable part of life. Businesses, professional partners, organizations and families all experience conflict at times.
While conflict may be common, effectively navigating conflict is not. When conflicts escalate to a point where solutions are not apparent, people lose their ability to communicate with and understand each other. About Mediation
Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process for resolving conflict with the assistance of a neutral third party, the mediator. In mediation, participants make decisions based on their understanding of their own views, each other's views, and the reality they each face.
