Workplace/Employment mediation is a voluntary and confidential process in which an impartial third party helps members of a business or organization to resolve their current and ongoing disputes.
Our Workplace/Employment mediation services provide a two-step process for managing disputes.
First, we work closely with the organization or individuals to assess their unique situation and determine if mediation is the most appropriate course of action.
Second, if mediation is determined to be an appropriate intervention, we offer mediation and coaching services that provide an opportunity for colleagues, employers and employees to express their interests and concerns, identify problems, develop and explore possible solutions, and reach informed and mutually satisfying resolutions.
